Installation

Download, unzip and install the Citalive Client v5.2.391.

Settings & Options

To successfully connect to the CITALIVE Gateway server (the system that contains the web site tracking engine), you must have the following information:

• DNS Name Or IP Address:
  client.citalive.com
   
• Authentication String:
  CITALIVE (this is case sensitive)
   
• Username:
  Provided during the creation of your account
   
• Password:
  Provided during the creation of your account

If you did not enter this information during installation, it can be be added by opening up the client application and going to CITALIVE Options.

Ensure the "Options" tab has been selected.
